Q. How is delivery made, and how long does it take?
Software items are usually delivered in the form of an email. Most often, this is sent out to you within 24 hours, but we reserve the right to follow up on orders under certain circumstances, in which case delivery can take up to 48 hours.
Q. What if I have trouble installing or using the software?
Full email support is available for a period after purchase. The standard inclusive support period is at least one month after purchase, and full technical support is provided via e-mail. Under normal circumstances, you should receive a response within 24 hours during weekdays.
